About Me

I am the CEO and Founder of Inner Earthquake™, a consulting and coaching practice.

I work with Gen X women and provide them with the knowledge and the practical tools to stop feeling confused and powerless, so they can feel vibrantly alive no matter what happens in life.

The reason I started this work is that I had my fair share of “Inner Earthquakes”. For example: in one year, I got a cancer diagnosis, got divorced, moved countries, changed jobs, and started dating my now husband of 21 years. And a few years ago, I left a senior corporate leadership role – and a continent – to become the CEO of my own business in California.

I initially became interested in learning more about myself and I worked with teachers, coaches, and mentors. Then I became certified to embolden others to transform their lives.

I also work with individuals, teams, and organizations to promote well-being in a corporate environment.

In my former corporate career – which spans 26 years and six countries – I held senior leadership positions in large international companies such as IBM and asset management firms in the City of London as well as being the Head of a private Family Office of an ultra-high net worth family.

Let’s talk about:

· women’s mental and emotional health

· mindset and its effect on everything we do

· why being kind can change the world

· divorce and its challenges

· living as an ex-pat for 30 years

· cultural differences … and how we are not so different from each other

· corporate well-being

· the journey from a corporate career to being an entrepreneur and business owner

I look forward to connecting with you.
