I went from Rock Bottom (literally) to growing a real estate business that made over $1M per year without a team.
After quitting my job in PR throwing parties for the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio to become a real estate agent, the reality of what it was going to take to become a successful real estate agent hit hard.
I tried everything we are all told from inside the real estate industry from all the "gurus." After trying everything and still having clients slip through my fingers, not being able to sell even one home for the first two years as an agent, I had to take a job waiting tables at Rock Bottom Brewery.
After being literally at Rock Bottom in both life and career, I decided to look the one place she hadn't yet--outside the real estate industry at what other entrepreneurs were doing to grow successful businesses.
That's when everything changed.
Slowly but surely, I started implementing what I learned and soon won every top producer award at every company I worked for and in my competitive local market of Washington, DC and was even named one of the top 100 real estate agents in the U.S. by Real Trends and featured in the Wall Street Journal.
I became one of the first women in the DC area to open her own real estate brokerage. There, I taught agents my system from growing a successful real estate business and they too became top agents.
Now through Agent Grad School, an online business school for real estate agents, I help agents from all over the U.S. create the real estate businesses they've always wanted so they can have the life that they want outside of the business. Because THAT’s what having a successful real estate business is all about.
