“Veteran author and speaker helping others navigate life’s hardest transitions — with lived experience, not talking points.”
Hey Neighbor!
Jeff Rogers is a retired U.S. Air Force Technical Sergeant, award-winning Master Instructor, and Prosci-certified change management professional. He’s the founder of Strengthen the Positive™ and author of four books, including After the Uniform: Navigating Life, Love, and Purpose.
His work focuses on what most Veteran transition support skips entirely — the identity shift. The moment when the rank is gone, the structure disappears, and you have to figure out who you are without the uniform. Jeff has lived that. And he’s spent the years since helping Veterans, military families, and anyone at a turning point find clarity, purpose, and direction on the other side of change.
He’s been featured in AARP, the Veterans Breakfast Club, Inkubator Magazine, and the Hernando Sun, and speaks with the same directness on a mic that he brings to his writing — grounded, honest, no fluff.
