I’m Jeff Glick, Head of U.S. Operations at Outsourced CFO (OCFO), where I help growing businesses achieve financial clarity and confidence through strategic, tech-driven finance leadership. With more than two decades of experience as a CPA and fractional CFO, I’ve worked with companies across multiple industries to build scalable systems, raise capital, and make data-driven decisions that support sustainable growth.

I’m passionate about helping founders see beyond the numbers—turning financial insight into strategy, and strategy into results. On podcasts, I enjoy discussing topics such as modern financial leadership, how technology is transforming accounting, the rise of fractional CFO services, and how small to mid-sized businesses can use financial planning to unlock new opportunities.
