Straightforward Short-Term Rentals is our owned-and-operated portfolio of 5 beautiful vacation homes located in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

The Real Estate Law Podcast, where we present enlightening discussions that effortlessly unite the worlds of real estate and law, featuring entertaining conversations with industry insiders and experts. Along with my husband Rory Gill, a real estate attorney and broker, we are full-time real estate investors who specialize in short-term vacation homes.
