Jason Corder

A graduate of Swarthmore College, I've lived a long and wild life with 22 years spent abroad in a French farmhouse and in Nairobi, Kenya, where I was a soap opera star, a successful tv producer, actor and writer, a cultural envoy for U.S. embassies, and had a song chosen by Anthony Bourdain for an episode right before he died.

I recently gave my first TEDx talk at Valparaiso University (video out March 2024) and was an author in the Amazon-best-selling The Gifts of Pain (2024).

In my recent TEDx talk, I speak about Social Closeness and how being near each other is actually good for us. I also talk about how can gain energy from the earth through grounding.

I'm also developing a talk about how Monty Python Led to Tiktok. Stay tuned for snippets.

I also like to swerve into the comedy space and have started a YouTube channel devoted to the intersection of comedy and nostalgia.

I have a large collection on Spotify as well under the name Corder.

On the personal level, I'm a single father of 3 boys and live in Sedona (not Flagstaff). I have an obsession with the Bay Area, where I was raised.

Otherwise I love to speak on topics as diverse as male mental health, fasting, surviving technology and the tenacious tango between the masculine and the feminine.
