“Overcoming the porn addiction pandemic by helping individuals build a shame-free recovery mindset & lifestyle.”
Porn addiction is often misunderstood. It’s not really about having problems with lust or fantasizing. It’s not about having an overactive sex drive. It’s not about fighting urges, beating cravings, or setting up the right internet filters. It’s not about distracting yourself, “controlling yourself”, or trying harder.
I don’t teach people how to beat cravings. I teach them how to discover the thoughts and emotions leading to those cravings, so they stop them before they start. I don’t teach people how to distract themselves from “bad habits”. I teach them how to establish a life of balance and strength in their relationships, mental health, physical health, and spiritual health.
As an Intensive Recovery Coach, I help men across the United States overcome porn addiction by developing a recovery mindset and lifestyle using hands-on exercises and daily practices. This mindset and lifestyle empowers men’s mental health, heals their family and relationships, and enables them to be a better husband and father.
Teaching men to “stop watching porn” doesn’t work. Teaching them to build a life in which sobriety thrives does.
Statistics show that 57% of men ages 30-49 report having watched porn in the last month. Whether it’s once-a-month or multiple times per day, porn damages mental health, sexual perceptions, relationships, and families. It is a global pandemic that has infected the homes of millions. And now, it’s up to us to change that.
I’ll share how others can overcome porn addiction with a shame-free, empowering approach that relies on psychological and behavioral solutions. My approach is practical, straightforward, and compassionate.
