Jacob Caris

I was born & raised in Australia. I worked the Corporate game out of university through to 2018 (in both Australia & America) in this time I restructured over leveraged businesses, including some multi billion dollar public companies.

I hit a wall in my mid 20s after working 80 - 100 hour weeks & built a way out building a $10k / month affiliate marketing business on planes, trains & subways.

I ultimately quit corporate in 2018 & have been working full time online ever since.

I won a number of awards in the affiliate marketing space before building my own multi 7 figure education business selling courses, coaching & consulting services.

In 2023 I became a Dad for the first time, and then again in 2025, which changed everything. Twice.

Since becoming a Dad I've been focused on building a lean portfolio of businesses, projects & income streams that can provide true freedom, build long term wealth, allow my partner to be with our sons every day & be a deeply present Dad.

I call this my 'Quiet Empire' model & it runs my business, brand & life in 2026.

This model is highly relevant right now as it presents a 3rd path beyond being an employee or a single business founder, both options which are highly stressed due to AI.

I believe we're entering the Gig Economy 2.0 where people will have a personal brand + manage a book of clients, projects, income streams, investments & allocate technology, lean teams & capital.

The personal brand will be an outlet to document who you are & what you do, drive distribution & unlock more project / deal flow, creating a true Flywheel Effect.
