As a serial entrepreneur, best-selling author, and creator of the entrepreneurial board game Entrepreneurpoly, I’ve built my career on embracing challenges, scaling businesses, and turning ideas into reality. My journey—from immigrating from the USSR to Australia at age 10, launching my first business at 17, and eventually expanding to the USA—has been one of resilience, adaptability, and relentless curiosity.

Entrepreneurpoly is one of my proudest creations. This board game takes players on a journey through the highs, lows, and “punches in the face” that every entrepreneur experiences in the real world. It’s not just a game—it’s a crash course in startup life, strategy, and overcoming obstacles, designed to be fun, insightful, and inspiring for anyone who’s ever dreamed of starting their own business.

Over the years, I’ve started dozens of ventures across industries, from e-commerce and technology to manufacturing and, of course, golf. One of my key successes was scaling a golf-focused business 10x during COVID, expanding it to the USA in 2021, and successfully exiting within a year. Today, I continue innovating with Golftrak.app, a startup that helps golfers improve their game with just their iPhones.

My international background—living and working in the USSR, Australia, and now the USA—has given me a unique perspective on global markets and the challenges of scaling across borders. I understand firsthand the nuances of international business, cross-cultural communication, and navigating diverse market dynamics.

Golf has also been a constant in my life, offering parallels to entrepreneurship that resonate deeply with me: patience, strategy, and continuous improvement. Sharing these insights, along with stories of scaling businesses and navigating the entrepreneurial roller coaster, is one of my favorite ways to connect with audiences.
