My name is Hughes McLean and I am a National Subject Matter Expert in Workforce Development and Veterans Benefits. I am looking to share information and provide tools that help people make progress. The motto of the Carter Hughes Knowledge Institute is, "Learning, Sharing, Protecting, and Caring." We are looking to increase our impact and improve our products every year. Given the current period in society, creativity and self esteem will become more and more needed in our population. We aim to help people identify their value by identifying their talents. Once we identify their talents, then we help them develop a plan. We provide the tools and direction that can improve their personal journey. Our goal is to create a population of lifetime learners who are eager to use their talents to help us all.
