Hey, I'm Haley—I have a master's degree in nutrition and am a certified fertility awareness practitioner. I can bring value to your podcast and serve your audience if they're primarily female and on a fertility journey.
Here's why:
Women come to me to rewrite their fertility story and to stay out of our broken medical system, and I do everything in my power to make it happen.
Over the past six years I've helped hundreds of women understand how their menstrual cycle works for the first time and go on to restore their fertility and grow their family without the use of artificial reproductive technology.
I do this through my virtual, holistic practice, Innate Rhythm.
My specialty is supporting women who either have a personal or professional diagnosis of unexplained infertility, find their missing answers and increase their chances of conceiving naturally before they commit to IVF.
SPECIFIC TOPICS & POINTS OF VALUE
The core of my work:
- Learning how to track and chart your menstrual cycle using a sympto-thermal fertility awareness method to find the gaps in your fertility. What does it actually look like to your menstrual cycle and cycle charts as a fifth vital sign and diagnostic tool?
- How to build an unshakable fertility foundation. Made up of strategic nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management practices specific to fertility optimization.
- How to time targeted lab work to actually get the answers you're looking for with your cycle charts.
Topics I'll get fired up about:
- My hypothesis: less than 2% of women are actually infertile. Reframing infertility to sub-fertility and encouraging women to use this season as an invitation to go deeper into their health, transform, and come out the other side with more vitality than they would have had otherwise (for mom and baby).
- Preconception health extends far beyond a positive pregnancy test and is a gateway to torching the way for healthier generations. PCOS and endometriosis predisposition, for example, can start in utero.
- Infertility is equal parts a male and female issue. It is imperative to address sperm health from the get go.
Personal experience:
In 2022 I stopped ovulating for 8 months when overexercising for a half marathon, in combination with underrating and going through a stressful break-up; I’m happy to share and use this story to dive into:
- A real life example of how stress, exercise, diet, and sleep affects fertility.
- The difference between periods and breakthrough bleeds. Why you may not be ovulating even if you’re bleeding every month, and how cycle charting can help us know the difference.
- The diet, exercise, and lifestyle shifts it took for me start ovulating again and what my menstrual cycle parameters look like now.
- Why I am all in on optimizing and preserving my fertility, even though I am not actively trying to conceive.
How's this resonating with you? I'd love to set up an interview if you agree one or more of these topics would be of value to your audience.
