Having experienced early childhood trauma, by the time I was 15 I was using and selling class A drugs. Fast forward a few years, I got sober, but my mental health was worse than ever.
Today, I speak in schools/colleges across the country, I facilitate emotional processing workshops, I make films about mental health and I work as an actor and VO artist.
