Greg is passionate about helping architecture and engineering (A/E) firm leaders strengthen their businesses to create lasting value. He advises clients primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, ownership succession planning, and business valuation. Greg has personally worked with hundreds of A/E/C firms on these matters. Additionally, he frequently contributes to a range of PSMJ Resources, Inc. (PSMJ) and industry publications and speaks to various audiences on topics such as market trends, M&A strategy, and succession planning.
Outside of his consulting work, Greg is the host of The $10,000 Hour-PSMJ's popular member-exclusive monthly broadcast for architecture and engineering firm leaders...covering virtually every facet of business management, from strategic planning to technology to business development and much more! He frequently interviews CEOs and other industry visionaries on what firm leaders need to be doing now to thrive in the years ahead.
As PSMJ’s President, Greg leads the organization’s overall growth strategy and plays a key role in ensuring that PSMJ always stays true to its mission of improving the business performance of A/E organizations worldwide. In this capacity, he is actively involved with PSMJ’s publications, events, and advisory services in areas such as strategic planning, new product development, and ensuring that every customer and client interaction with PSMJ exceeds expectations. For nearly 50 years, PSMJ has been recognized as the leading publishing, executive education, and advisory group devoted completely to improving the business performance of A/E organizations worldwide. PSMJ’s sought-after expertise covers a range of critical business areas such as project management, financial management, human resources, business development, transition planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
Greg has spent his entire career in and around the A/E industry. Prior to management consulting in the industry, he began his career as an Environmental Scientist and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University. He has also successfully completed business valuation coursework through the American Society of Appraisers.
