I'm the co-host of The Coaching Question podcast so used to the medium. My intent for this work is the growth of leaders and organisations in service of wider society. I am admittedly pale, male and stale on paper but not stale in terms of opinions that have to stay bottled up in my daily work! I'm fascinated about all things to do with human development and change in organisations. My background is in developmental psychology. I'm a closet techy and am currently into all things do with renewables.
I'm married with no kids but a black Labrador called Baxter. I have MS but I'm lucky enough that this doesn't affect my mobility too much and being virtual is actually great for me!
