I’m The Intuitive CEO® - I sit at the intersection of high-growth business leadership, neuroscience-backed coaching, and intuitive decision-making in an increasingly AI-driven world.
I’m the CEO and Founder of HubGem, recently named the #1 World’s Happiest Workplace 2026, alongside multiple global culture and business awards. I’ve scaled a tech consultancy serving clients across five continents while proving something many still believe is impossible:
that you can build a commercially successful, high-performing company without sacrificing humanity, wellbeing, or soul.
Alongside this, I’m one of the world’s first Accredited Master Intuitive Psychology Coaches (the highest level of accreditation in the industry). My work blends neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation, and intuition to help leaders make clearer decisions, prevent burnout, and lead with depth in complex environments.
Intuition is having a cultural moment – but my perspective is grounded, evidence-informed, and lived. I don’t talk about intuition as something abstract or mystical. I speak about it as a strategic intelligence that leaders already use unconsciously – and how to harness it deliberately when logic alone isn’t enough.
