Farrukh Hasanov is a Co-Founder and CEO of Hasanov Capital. He is an experienced entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience launching and managing successful businesses including two retail pharmacies in Brooklyn, NY and a security integration consulting company NeoRising Technologies. In addition, Mr. Hasanov is an active real estate investor specializing in acquisition, repositioning, refinance or sale of multi-family properties.
Farrukh understands the complexity of everyday business operations and commercial real estate investment underwriting. He takes a hands-on approach that oversees every aspect of a client’s project by seeing it from origination to processing to final funding. Mr. Hasanov participates in all phases of capital sourcing, analytics, structuring debt, and equity placement.
Farrukh is a Summa Cum Claude graduate of Zicklin School of Business with an Honor Scholar degree in Finance & Investments and a minor in Money, Banking and Monetary Policy.
