“I am founder of Project Shift, programme aimed to support ambitious women while honouring their physical, mental and spiritual health.”
Eva is a senior leader, mentor, and founder of Studio Shift, a programme aimed to support ambitious women while honouring their physical, mental and spiritual health.
Eva enjoyed an accomplished career bridging the gap between creativity and business at some of the most iconic institutions in the fine art world, including Christie’s and Sotheby’s. I went on to create exclusive experiences with Deutsche Bank, Frieze, Art Basel, and the 30th year anniversary of the London Art Fair.
During this time, Eva observed chronic stress, anxiety and mental health challenges in the workplace, particularly among women. In 2018, Eva began to face physical symptoms herself, which doctors were unable to explain, and brought her life and plans to a complete halt. Eva turned to holistic health and a wide range of healing modalities that she had explored during her travels. By surrendering to the art of healing, Eva brought her health back. Unexpectedly, she also had stepped into the most important journey of her life - the deepest journey back to her inner self.
Studio Shift invites ambitious women on a journey to reconnect with their most inner selves and to enjoy success, without having to sacrifice their physical and mental health. Eva believes that we have the potential to heal ourselves when we realign with our body-mind-spirit, nature, and the power of the community. Through a process of self discovery, Eva supports women to take control of their health and step into their power by reconnecting to their body and heart, authentic expression, and harnessing their feminine intelligence.
“Transformation happens on the other side of surrender”
Passionate about challenging the way we view fulfillment, Eva continues to shape the future of work at WeWork, the global leader of workspace solutions. She helps her clients to create work environments that support optimal health, creativity and productivity.
