I am originally from the midwest (Indiana and Michigan) I graduated high school in South Bend Indiana. I then attended the University of Cincinnati from 1991-1995, I signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of college, then I played in the AFL from 1996-2008. I started two businesses when I "retired" in 2008. I then went back to college and completed my degree and graduated Cum Laude. I currently own ATLAS Pro Training LLC in Orlando Florida a health and performance company and training facility. I have three adult children and I am looking forward to using my past experiences and practical knowledge to helping as many people as I can with my Podcast and as a guest for other Podcast hosts. I am looking for former college athletes to interview about their experiences and talk about thier transition from college to normal life, and how they have found or searching for purpose after sports.
