On my journey to becoming the woman I am today, I discovered the power of owning, honing and using my voice. Whether I am singing, speaking, teaching or coaching. So I advocate for impacting with one's voice.

I am on a mission to help 10,000 women aged 40 and above to recalim themselves by turning abandoned dreams into achievements by 2034. I realize that a lot of women in this age range have lost a significant part of themselves due to factors within and without their control. Factors such as, family background, marriage, parenting, wrong career choices, fear and imposter syndrome. Yet, there dreams that keeps tugging at them, crying to find expression. Their reluctance to yeild to this call of their heart is causing them discomfort, dissatisfaction and a feeling of unaccomplishment and it is time for them to make a change. And that is why I want to speak to them to remind them that those dreams are valid and their age is not a barier to achieving their dreams.

Hi, I am Ejiro Osakede popularly known as The Energetic EJ. I am a certified life and transformatonal coach and an IAC masteries practitioner with a passion to inspire change in my clients. I love to laugh, sing, whistle and create audio content. By training I am an audio enginer from the SAE Dubai. I am good listener and an engaging conversationalist.
