Her academic journey began at North Carolina Central University, followed by earning a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development with honors from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte). Dr. Marsha continued her pursuit of knowledge at Hampton University, achieving a Master's in Teaching Degree and a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration at Morgan State University. All while embracing the role of a Grandma.
