“Professor, former VP & author of Sunken Leadership. Sharing practical insights on leadership and resilient organizations”
With more than 40 years of combined corporate leadership and higher education experience, I bring a unique perspective that bridges theory and real-world practice. Before becoming a tenured professor teaching Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Behavior, I spent over two decades in corporate America, rising to the executive level as a Vice President.
My book, Sunken Leadership, explores the principles of leadership through the lens of American history, organizational behavior, and the enduring values that shape resilient institutions. Rather than focusing on politics for its own sake, I encourage thoughtful conversations about leadership, decision-making, ethics, creativity, and the responsibilities of those who influence others.
I enjoy conversations that are insightful, respectful, and practical. Audiences leave with fresh ways to think about leadership, organizational culture, critical thinking, and how timeless principles can help solve today's challenges in business, education, and society.
