I am Dr Elena Carruba, an academic leader, author and thought leader working at the intersection of AI, leadership, education and sustainable transformation.

I speak about what happens when technological change meets human behaviour: how leaders can use AI intelligently without losing creativity, critical thinking, ethics or the human connection that makes organisations thrive.

My work spans higher education, leadership development, professional learning and the future of work. I am the author of How to Make Money with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and am developing a wider body of work exploring transformative leadership, human–AI collaboration and the capabilities people need for a rapidly changing world.
