Deborah S. As the award-winning author of "The Hoarder's Wife," this experienced speaker's interviews have reached a broad audience including listeners who seek information about relationships, hoarding, and creative writing. Dr. Greenhut been featured in video and audio spots by psychologists and counselors, herbalists, and curious generalists, and drive time radio. Dr. Greenhut, A college educator and former dean, holds a PhD in English from Rutgers University. She has counseled thousands of students and consulting professionals on goal and time management strategies to help them think and thrive. Deborah currently extends these skills to caregivers and memoirists through coaching and motivational talks.
Deborah has focused her writing on "difficult subjects," including writing, producing, and publishing a short play with that title. Many of her poems have focused on memoir and the challenges of family relationships. The novel focuses on the less sensational side of hoarding—what it’s like to be related to a hoarder.
