“Founder of Effeect and Ranxy, Forbes Agency Council member navigating compliance, automation, and growth across two very different agencies.”
David Ispiryan is the founder of two agencies built for very different problems. Effeect is a full-service digital marketing agency covering SEO, PPC, email, social, and CRO for both B2B and B2C businesses. Ranxy is built specifically for financial services, forex and CFD brokers, crypto exchanges, and prop trading firms, running dedicated specialist tracks for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn built around each platform's financial-services ad policy.
Under David's leadership, Ranxy has taken a forex broker from zero to launch, scaled a crypto exchange from 8,000 to 140,000 monthly active users, and rebuilt a fintech client's SEO after a Google core update wiped out 60% of its organic traffic in a single weekend.
David is a member of the Forbes Agency Council, where he's written on topics like first-party data strategy for PPC advertisers navigating a cookieless future. Running two agencies with very different risk profiles, one general, one built entirely around compliance, gives him a genuinely split view on what actually needs a human and what can safely be automated or delegated.
