Dave Kozak

David A. Kozak is the founder and CEO of Elite Collegiate Planning, and CEO of Paradigm Financial Group and the College Planning Network. He has, in his own words, "the distinct honor'' to work with families across the country to redefine what "investment" means to them. His believes-to quote Benjamin Franklin- "An investment in knowledge always pays the best dividends." This drives his passion for educating families about how to send their children to college without jeopardizing their own financial goals and retirement. 

With a degree in Business and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College, Kozak spent his early career in marketing, sales, and working in corporate America. As one of Allstate's Inner Circle Elite, Dave hit every metric of success, but he longed for a more fulfilling career where he could have a meaningful impact. With a growing family of his own and the ever-nagging question of, "How are we going to pay for all of this?" Dave founded Elite Collegiate Planning to help people plan, prepare, and pay for college. In 2018 he partnered with two other likeminded business owners to form Paradigm Financial Group, expanding the ability to serve their customers and community. In 2020, Elite Collegiate Planning acquired the College Planning Network (CPN), the nation's premier provider of college admissions and financial aid services, which rounded out their offerings to include assistance with financial aid filing and educational counseling. 

Giving students the opportunity to attend their dream college and parents the promise that they can pay for it without hurting their retirement is what Dave finds most rewarding about his job. As a former college athlete and coach, Dave transformed the fire that drove him on the baseball diamond into a drive that runs five companies and helps thousands of families across the U.S. fund their children's education. "I believe wholeheartedly that college and retirement are intrinsically connected, and you should not have to sacrifice one for the other," he says. Outside of work, Dave's family comes first. His wife and four children are his motivation for helping make people's college dreams more accessible and affordable, while keeping their retirements financially comfortable.
