“Wrong Way drunk driver crash survivor. Speaker-MADD fmr Pro Racquetball Player, 2x Collegiate Coach/Year. Self Optimization Coach”
Thank you for considering me as a guest for your podcast.
I am a former Pro Racquetball player, achieving a top 20 world ranking. Upon retirement from competition, I switched to coaching and have spent 14 years as the Head Coach at Arizona State U. In my time there, I have a Women's Nat'l Championship, 3 dozen Collegiate All Americans, and 2x Collegiate Coach of the year awards to my credit.
I am the survivor of a head-on crash with a wrong way drunk driver. Because of this incident, I am now a volunteer speaker for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and I share my story of this crash and how it change my life in some dramatic ways. This crash turned out to be the impetus for me becoming a Public Speaker, and I speak on a variety of topics in effort to shorten the learning curve of others. I released my own phone app recently, entitled Chatter-Box, and it can be found in the app stores for both iPhone and Android.
In my day job, I am the VP of Sales for TriageNow, a leading telephonic triage provider for the Work Comp industry. I have been with my company since inception, and built it into a $4 million + business. My client list includes Liberty Mutual, General Mills, Goodyear Tire, American Red Cross and many more.
I am doing an increasing number of Public Speaking, and am a recurring guest lecturer for the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU and the WA Franke School of Business at Northern AZ University as well.
