“Founder and builder where behavioral science meets music. Most treat store music as decoration — I treat it as a behavioral mechanism.”
I'm Daniel Fox — a founder and builder who works where behavioral science meets music. I take what the research shows about how sound shapes the way people feel, move, and buy, and turn it into systems businesses can actually use. Most companies treat the music in their space as decoration. I treat it as a behavioral mechanism.
My background is the bridge. I've been a music producer for over a decade — understanding the hundreds of sonic levers inside a recording is what lets me connect the research to how music works underneath. Before this, I founded Skreened, a custom-apparel ecommerce company I scaled to 180 employees before its acquisition in 2017.
Today I'm building Entuned, which composes original, behaviorally-informed music for physical retail. I'm bootstrapping, building in public, and happy to get into the weeds on the science of sound, retail behavior, founder lessons, or product-led growth.
