Hi! I'm Danica Banes (She/Her), a spiritual mentor, psychic medium, podcast host and author. I focus on empowering sensitive souls to embrace their inner guidance, reclaim their power, and live a life that feels true.
But honestly not that long ago I was a closeted medium, hiding and shrinking myself to avoid conflict and judgement, following along with all the things I thought I was supposed to be doing and prioritizing everyone above myself. And I was struggling with chronic health issues.
The transformation into motherhood (I have 3 kids), coupled with several devastating losses, propelled me into my own awakening. It was messy, bumpy, beautiful, and life altering, but I reclaimed myself.
Now, I get to help others on their own path of remembering, to reconnect with their intuition, their bodies, and their divine guidance.
I hold a Master of Science in Art Therapy and Counseling, along with a certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, yoga, and reiki. My podcast 'The Soul's Call', explores the beauty and complexity of being a deep feeler in today's world and the worthwhile gift of being true to ourselves.
