Three years ago, I learned the root cause for the polarity and dysfunction in American politics was the fact our electoral system insulates our two major parties from real competition.
Since then, I've focused my energy on promoting reforms that make America a true multi partisan democracy and end the "us vs them" narrative that keeps us from getting anything done.
I host a weekly podcast, You Don't Have to Yell, which take a nonpartisan approach to electoral reform and public policy, as well as leading the digital marketing efforts for Rank the Vote, an organization focused on implementing ranked choice voting in all 50 states.
I've also been told I have great hair, which may or may not come through on audio.
