“Holistic Goal Achievement requires self-reflection in every sphere of your life. Then add a clear vision for your life. Do you dare?”
I set my first long term goal at a age 13. At age 26, I prize was a law degree. The cost was total imbalance. A healthier way to pursue goals, it's a holistic approach. A holistic approach means to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. The support should also consider their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
Over the years, I have worked with entrepreneurs on goal achievement, communication skills, time management and life energy management. To survive the competitive world of law, I started combining the law with spirituality. Putting it all together, I started hosting networking events, accountability groups and published Mingle 702 Magazine for entrepreneurs.
In the corporate world, I took a holistic approach and the results were amazing. From negotiating contracts to mortgage short sales and helping homeowners qualify for the HAMP program. Debts were resolved with ease. I stumbled on a secret formula for resolving legal and financial conflicts. I became an expert in loss mitigation using a Huna meditation practice that worked over and over again.
In order to improve our quality of life, we must first determine what our goals and desires are and then put a plan into place to work toward achieving those goals. With each of our long-term goals comes many choices and decisions, from what to try to how much effort to put forth. By assessing your current quality of life, you can focus on bridging the gaps and take advantage of opportunities you have to make improvements.
Based on my education and interests, my experience is varied. Real estate investor & speaker on tax liens & deeds, Certified NLP, Reiki, H'oponopono, and Hypnotherapy. I published two magazine. All topics intended to help men and women achieve a balanced and abundant life.
