Crystal Chen is an award-winning Experience Designer specializing in designing product, services, and experiences for hospitality, travel, retail, commerce, and cultural brands. She graduated from Parsons - School of Design, the top 1 design school in the US. She was a Lead Experience Designer at HUARCH, and currently works as a User Experience Designer for a hospitality tech startup in New York.
