I'm Chanana McGarry, a certified Fertility Awareness Educator. My work in this space started with two unplanned pregnancies while trying to navigate "natural birth control" on my own. After the second, I felt powerless - unable to enjoy a healthy sex life without a way to prevent pregnancy that fit my holistic values. Fewer than 4% of medical providers are trained in effective natural alternatives, and misinformation is everywhere, so no one ever told me what I was looking for already existed.

I trained for two years at The Well School of Body Literacy to teach women at that same crossroads the sympto-thermal Fertility Awareness Method - 99.6% effective, hormone-free birth control backed by over 40 years of research and built on reading two biomarkers most of us were never taught to notice. Once you know how, it takes less than five minutes a day and gives you reproductive sovereignty without the side effects.

The bigger picture is that sex-ed failed us, and reclaiming the knowledge of our own bodies is how we move toward reproductive justice, autonomy, and generational healing.

A decade of study and 20+ years living radically holistic and pharmaceutical-free brought me here. As a direct descendant of the Mujaji Rain Queens of Southern Africa, for whom the womb was the temple, I bridge ancestral feminine wisdom with modern reproductive science - and I'd love to bring that conversation to your audience.
