“Psychotherapist & podcast host having real conversations about relationships, avoidance, and the shit we pretend isn’t us.”
I’m a clinical psychotherapist and podcast host focused on the point where insight stops working and avoidance quietly takes over.
Most people I speak with — clients, therapists, and podcast guests alike — aren’t lacking awareness. They’ve read the books, learned the language, and can explain their patterns clearly. What they struggle with is translating that understanding into how they actually show up when things get uncomfortable: in relationships, conflict, intimacy, and responsibility.
My work cuts underneath self-help, performance psychology, and spiritual bypassing. I’m interested in why we keep repeating the same dynamics even after we “know better,” and how awareness itself often becomes another form of protection rather than a catalyst for change.
I host the podcast *It’s You, Oh Fuck, It’s ME*, where each episode is a real conversation rather than an interview. No tips, no fixing, no rehearsed insights. Just honest exploration of unconscious behaviour, relational patterns, blame, control, shame, and the gap between insight and lived change.
As a guest, I bring grounded, unsanitised conversations that challenge comfortable narratives without theatrics. If you want someone who can speak plainly, stay present in uncomfortable territory, and leave listeners recognising themselves rather than feeling briefly inspired, I’m a strong fit.
