As a Real Estate Investor that is also a licensed Realtor®, Mortgage Loan Originator, and Hard Money Lender, I have personally purchased, renovated, sold, and held investment properties using the same strategies I teach.

​Unlike many real estate educators who focus on raising capital, finding investment partners, or selling expensive coaching programs, I am passionate about helping everyday people build wealth through a simple and proven process that does not require experience, capital, or partners. Having achieved my own investment goals, I am committed to giving back by sharing practical, actionable strategies that help others build long-term financial freedom through real estate.

My mission comes from a promise I made years ago to a contractor who was helping me renovate one of my early flips. Once I shared my Live-In Flip method with him, he suggested that I write a book to help everyday people that were sitting on the sidelines. I promised him that when I hit my financial goal, I would write the book.

I just published the promised book, covering the process from real world execution, where my lowest gross margin was $100k and my highest was $388k. Now that I've made enough to stop working, I want to give back and help 500 families build wealth using ONLY what they are currently spending on rent to move into their first investment. I'm not looking for Realtor or Lender commission, or building a social media empire, or a sales funnel to sell expensive coaching programs. I'm good. In fact, I want to disrupt the crooked real estate investing scams that fleece Americans for millions on "Coaching programs" that do not work. Because of this, my book is NOT well received by the Investor Gurus. They do not want me to teach everyday people how to beat "their" customer base at the investment game for only $10 (downloadable e-book).

I believe building wealth through real estate shouldn't require empty promises, exclusive memberships, or costly coaching programs. It should be accessible, practical, transparent, and achievable for everyday people who are willing to learn and make informed decisions.
