In 2018, I was a stay at home mom. I'd cleaned the house top to bottom and watch just about everything on the streaming services we had. What was once a "dream job" had become my sudden and complete loss of drive. I felt torn thinking shouldnt I be content just being a stay at home mom.
I realized one day there had to be more but I did not want to leave home. Que the start of my ecommerce business. As soon as I saw the opportunity to stay home and run a business I ran with it. In a little over a year I built a seven figure Amazon store. After building that I knew the platform was not stable and I wanted something better.
At this point my husband left his corporate job to join me. For five years that position was all-consuming. My son and I never saw him. Both of our relationships with him were failing hard.
When he joined me going into the new season we built together a seven figure store on Facebook shop and marketplace. After doing that for over a year I felt a strong conviction that God was telling me to shut it all down in three months. I was obedient to cut off our income completely and sat waiting for my "next".
Now I know why God led us out of that place. We now run a virtual event business where we get to help people like coaches, authors, and small business owners. All while homeschooling our son and we recently move halfway across the US for a church on Crazy Faith!
