About Me

With 20 years experience as an expert in stress and trauma relief, I am the founder of Stress Is Gone, which provides life-changing tools, coaching and classes to help people heal traumatic memories and overcome fear, stress and anxiety. I have taught my signature method at Fortune 100 companies, hospitals, schools, military bases and disaster sites. I am the author of "3 Keys to Managing PTSD: The Warrior's Guide to Overcoming Combat Trauma". I am currently spearheading a program to support nurses and healthcare workers during Covid. I am motivated to share my tools with those who are ready to transform pain and trauma so they can live the lives they want.
