Bobir Akilkhanov, a serial tech entrepreneur and CEO at Jafton, the #1 U.S. App Development Agency, has over 20 years of experience in technology. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Charles Sturt University in Australia and has since founded various projects, including the world's third Facebook clone at age 22.
In Russia, he co-founded KupitOtpusk.ru, later merging with KupiKupon.ru, a leading flash sales site. He invested in Plov.com, an online Uzbek food delivery company, which became Forbes.com's #1 project in 2016. His blockchain company, blockcrunch.com, was valued at $10 million just 8 months after launching and was later acquired.
In 2020, Bobir started the Bobir Akilkhanov Tech Academy in Uzbekistan, teaching over 300 kids annually. He's currently the CEO and founder of www.Jafton.com, employing over 120 full-time staff across four countries. In April 2023, he signed a deal with the Saudi Royal family and is collaborating with a leading Republican Business Influencer Patrick Bet David.
Bobir is the first Uzbek member of the Forbes Tech Council and promotes tech and business culture through social media. He also interviews successful Uzbeks living abroad.
