I have a proven track record of delivering customized and strategic workforce solutions for hundreds of companies across the upper Midwest, spanning various industries and sectors.
As the President of Doherty, I lead the executive team and oversee the company's vision, mission, and direction. I focus on growing and expanding our workforce solutions. As the EVP of DAHL, I manage the company's Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, which offers a full-process contingent workforce administration technology system, APRU. I also oversee the company's strategic sourcing and staffing services, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our talent management solutions.
