“Helping Men Rebuild After Breakup or Divorce Without Repeating the Same Relationship Patterns”
Rebuilding after a breakup or divorce isn’t just about moving on—it’s about understanding what happened, who you were in the relationship, and who you need to become moving forward.
That’s the work I do.
I’m a relationship coach for men and host of Men on the Path to Love, where I help men in midlife rebuild their lives after breakup or divorce so they can create healthier, more meaningful relationships—without repeating the same patterns.
My work is deeply personal.
I experienced childhood trauma, loss, and abandonment at a young age. As an adult, I went through three divorces. For a long time, I didn’t realize how much my past was shaping how I showed up in relationships.
I thought the solution was finding the “right” partner.
It wasn’t.
The real shift happened when I started doing the deeper work—facing the patterns I had been avoiding, taking responsibility for how I showed up, and learning how to build connection in a way I was never taught.
Today, I’ve been in a strong, growing marriage for 17 years, and I’ve spent over 20 years coaching men—along with more than a decade as a Mind-Body Educator & Integrative Therapy Practitioner at a major health center in Philadelphia—helping them rebuild not just their relationships, but themselves.
Before this chapter, I spent 30+ years as a radio personality, so I know how to bring both depth and presence to a conversation.
If you’re looking for a guest who brings honesty, lived experience, and real insight—without surface-level advice or clichés—I’d love to join you.
Because most men don’t need more information.
They need a different conversation.
