I spent three decades as a senior executive on Wall Street - leading teams through the 2008 financial crisis and a global pandemic, managing portfolios across four continents, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions at some of the world's top banks and credit rating institutions.

Today, I am the founder and CEO of Wallet Max and Bhuva's Impact Global, where I advise climate fintech startups on risk, strategy, and growth. I also serve as USA Country Director for the World Business Angels Investment Forum and Chief Ethics and Culture Officer for Women in AI.

My debut book, Everyday Risk Wisdom: How to Thrive in a Complex World as an Overlooked Business Leader, will be published in Q4 2026. It is a practical guide for founders, executives, and professionals navigating high-stakes environments without a blueprint - drawn from five decades of taking risks no one permitted me to take.

I am also the founder of the Emerald Summit, my annual convening during New York Climate Week bringing together investors, founders, and climate leaders at the intersection of sustainable capital and impact strategy. The 2026 summit takes place September 18 at Civic Hall, New York City.

I am a TEDx speaker, a featured speaker at SXSW 2025, and represented by the All American Speakers Bureau.
