I have spent 20+ years in corporate working for big brands like JLR, boohoo, Kingfisher. I ran large scale software development projects for these brands. I have seen first hand how broken leadership is right now. I often achieved exceptional results and got in trouble with my boss at the same time. I didn't fit the corporate mold. Our world is in crisis and need great leaders.
I recently left a safe well paid corporate job paying 6 figures to become a Core-Energy Leadership Coach. I had no business pipeline, but was consumed by belief in my own adaptability. I know I can overcome any challenge I set myself to.
I am a Sage (Jungian Archetype), a Gemini, and an ENTP/ Devils Advocate (Myers Briggs) - meaning I guide others whilst holding multiple opposing views in mind, making me able to critically challenging thoughts and gently sparing in conversation to generate clarity and stimulate creativity. Often in myself as much as those I chat with.
I am curious about human nature, I've studied History, Economics, Philosophy, Anthropology and Psychology to better understand our nature, and how we could optimise our current environments for our nature.
At the heart of it I believe in people - we are kind, capable, transformational, intelligent creatures that struggle when our basic needs are not met. We have so much potential, and we can achieve it, if we can learn to look after one another rather than compete for resources. This planet is so abundant in resources. We aren't fighting because we need more. We are fighting because so many of us are hurt and don't know how to heal. Much of it is inter-generational trauma.
Now is the time to heal.
Now is time to find leaders that help us heal.
