I'm an IBS Dietitian trained at Columbia University. I've lived with chronic IBS and Celiac Disease for 17 years. I help clients heal from IBS and create a body and life they're obsessed with.
My passion for nutrition began in 2005 at age 15 when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I was malnourished, anemic, bloated, and had diarrhea, trichotillomania, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, and ADHD. High school was very challenging for me physically and mentally. I was dying on the inside and used numbing techniques like alcohol, food, and Adderall to cope with life.
In addition to Celiac Disease and IBS, I was diagnosed with SIBO (10 times), amenorrhea, pelvic floor dysfunction, C-PTSD, and binge eating disorder. I saw over 30 practitioners, none of whom could help me.
In 2011 during a rock bottom moment, I discovered the Low-FODMAP diet. I went all in, as I had nothing to lose. Within three months, I was a completely different person.
From there, a life-long obsession with nutrition began. I completed my Master of Science in Nutrition & Education from Columbia University (2021) and became a Registered Dietitian (2022). I'm also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (2017) and have coached others privately for 5+ years.
My method is called The Art & Science of Healing IBS.
I created daily bowel movements, a flat stomach, incredible energy, regular periods, fantastic sleep, and glowing skin through my method. Additionally, I've sustained a 30lb weight loss. Most importantly, I love the food I eat and feel peaceful and excited about my life. My relationships, home environment, career, and finances are foundational to my method.
It's my life's mission to get The Art & Science out into the world.
The Art & Science combines nutrition science, holistic practices, and mental health management.
I offer a range of products from low, mid, and high ticket offers. For example, my 3-month mentorship is a high ticket container where we speak daily on Voxer to review pictures of your food and symptoms to make changes immediately. My mentorship has been highly successful. Usually, my clients come to me with ten years of IBS, reversing symptoms within one month.
In my previous life, I was a fashion buyer at Bloomingdale's. I'm dedicated to a life of fashion, color, and design. The biggest blessing of being the healthiest version of myself? Health has given me the energy and focus to be creative again. I pour my extra time and money into fashion projects and can't wait to watch them grow over the next decade.
