For 12 years I walked with kids and families in the Christian Church as they grew in their faith. When Covid-19 hit, I was left to grapple with my own mental health. This led me to realize that, not only was I burning out of the career that I loved so much, but also that I was a gay man.
Since then, I work with businesses, churches, and education systems to help their organizations identify and prevent burnout.
