Ayesha is a Toronto based People & Culture Executive, Professor, Coach, and education advocate with 17+ years of professional experience. She curates strategic solutions for individuals and organizations in the areas of organizational and human development with the goal of creating resilient, and skilled leaders capable of meeting challenges during uncertain times. Ayesha is also a sought after mentor to emerging leaders, and youth in business & academic settings.
Ayesha spent her early years in Saudi Arabia, with parents of Pakistani origin. Canada is home - one she has embraced with all her heart. Ayesha defied cultural norms and expectations to embrace her calling as a seeker and teller of truth. She studied Business, Public Policy, and Philosophy at York University & Queen's University, graduating Cum Laude, while working full-time throughout the duration of her academic journey. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), trained coach, and a Certified Change Management Expert. Ayesha is known for her creative flair, and creating paradigm shifting solutions in the area of Inclusive Well-being, Digital Skills Development and Future of Work thought leadership.
Ayesha is the author of "The Mindset Prism" scheduled for launch in spring 2022. A must-read for emerging & seasoned business leaders, or anyone seeking personal empowerment. One of her most favorite work is to use her voice to share ideas about leadership, resilience, trust, inclusion, and well-being. Words are her jam, and she writes poetry to inspire kindness, empathy, hope and connection.
Ayesha is a proud mama to her fur babies, Mojo (the cockatiel), Maverick Angel (German Shepherd & Husky mix) & Merlin Love (Border Collie & Australian Shepherd).
