Hello my loves! I am Austin Armstrong - Empowerment Coach + Expert in Self-Love & Relationships.
It is my life's dharma + greatest honor to guide women in the process of awakening to their inner power, reconnecting with their divine authenticity, embodying genuine self-love & attracting/co-creating the relationship of their dreams.
My biggest, most important life lessons have come through romantic relationships. It was through repeated relationship trauma, infidelity + heartbreak that I discovered the long-term solution to magnetizing a healthy, loving, conscious partnership.
I am forever grateful that I chose to use heartbreak as a catalyst for my highest evolution. It has been 8 years since I embarked on this path of healing + transformation. In that time, I have alchemized a painful past of relationship wounds, overcome depression, rediscovered my truest self & fell madly in love with her... And as a result, attracted my loving, soul-aligned partner.
Today, I have the privilege of guiding other women through the same transformation. I believe that my story & journey inspires, reminds and expands others to what becomes possible for them when they decide to finally choose themselves above all else.
