About Me

Combining principals from psychology, business, sports, sports psychology, and my own intuitive wisdom gleaned from living adventurously and working with thousands of clients over the past two decades, I teach creative and common sense ways to improve your focus, communication, performance, financial well-being and overall sense of happiness.


I ask each client to create a vision for what they want, both in their personal life and career, even if they have done so before. We then identify core themes and critical issues that affect your success in your personal life and careerl. These may include dramas, distractions, limiting beliefs, compulsive habits, and other self-sabotages. We address those patterns systematically until you have the confidence, clarity, and focus to bring your game to the next level!

Over time, clients more thoroughly incorporate my core philosophy of avoiding nothing, being as present as possible, having bang-up integrity, learning how to truly honor ourselves, and developing and trusting your intuition. This translates directly into greater athletic and financial success as well as that all to elusive feeling of well-being or happiness.
