Hi, I'm Ashley Gonor! I’m the Coach and Creator of Raising Confidence. I coach Children, Teens and Young Adults to create a mindset that empowers and inspires them to live their best life!
I’m on a mission to empower millions of kids to learn the tools that will equip them to live a life with confidence, where they know that they can Be, Do or Have Anything.
The 6-Step Magical Formula that I have developed is currently transforming lives by helping Children, Teens and Young Adults in my Raising Confidence Course. During this pandemic it has just lit me up to see how they are using the Formula to successfully navigate the challenges they are facing!
I have been coaching teens and young adults for the past two years both 1:1 and in groups and I have studied personal development for over 30 years. Meeting so many inspiring people during my training led me to start my Uncover Your Magic Podcast, where I give people a platform to share their magical journey in hopes of inspiring my listeners.

Much like encouraging my guests to share their stories, my 7-Step Magical Formula encourages Children, Teens and Young Adults to be leaders in the world by having a confident mindset to conquer anything in life with ease and grace. And I’ll bet I will be interviewing them one day to share their magical stories with all of us.
That’s what this life is all about. Right? Leaving things better than we found them by encouraging and equipping our children, aka. our next generation, to be their best and be able to lead and encourage others to do the same.
I don’t know about you but growing up in the 70's and 80's my childhood was so different from the children being raised today. I’m teaching my girls (ages 12 & 14), what I have learned later in my life that I wish I had learned while growing up before I went to college.
I am grateful that I have been able to participate in continuous learning through various seminars, books, and courses. And I am even more grateful that I am now able to not only give my girls the tools they need but also be able to share with so many others like you.
