“Founder of Wiseek | AI for SEC Filings and Market Intelligence”
I’m the founder and data scientist behind Wiseek, an AI-powered market-intelligence platform that monitors SEC filings and financial news across approximately 6,800 U.S.-listed companies.
I develop Wiseek’s proprietary models for identifying material company events, scoring their importance, analysing sentiment and extracting structured information from complex disclosures. Our goal is to help investors and researchers find meaningful developments without manually reviewing thousands of filings and news articles.
Alongside Wiseek, I’m a doctoral researcher in biomedical engineering and neuroscience, where I work with machine learning, computer vision and complex real-world data. This gives me an unusual perspective on the difference between an AI model that performs well in a demonstration and one that can be trusted in a practical decision-making workflow.
I can discuss financial AI, SEC filings, information overload, responsible automation, the limitations of general-purpose language models, building domain-specific AI systems and the experience of developing an independent FinTech platform from Israel. I focus on practical lessons and honest limitations rather than AI hype.
Track SEC filings and market news in real time. Wiseek surfaces high-impact alerts and market-moving insights for traders and investors.
