Anthony Perez

I'm Anthony Perez, co-founder of Monarch Cyber Solutions, a fully remote technology company providing IT, web development, digital marketing, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.

My career began in enterprise IT and systems administration — Active Directory, Exchange, Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, identity management, cybersecurity — working across organizations like AMD, Baker Tilly, and the State of Missouri. Over about 15 years, I moved from maintaining other people's systems to building my own: businesses, products, websites, marketing campaigns, and technology strategy.

Today I work at the intersection of AI, technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship. I help small and midsized businesses solve problems that rarely fit into one neat category — sometimes that's a better website, sometimes it's stronger SEO, more accurate lead tracking, better cybersecurity, an automated workflow, or an entirely new software product.

I've helped develop projects including ForgeAI, an on-premises, air-gapped AI concept for regulated industries like healthcare, legal, and defense; RepuShield, a reputation-management SaaS platform; a multi-agent AI social media content engine originally built for a publishing client and being redeployed as a market-agnostic product; custom crowdfunding software; mobile applications; and marketing systems for businesses in roofing, firearms, publishing, e-commerce, dental services, and other specialized industries.

My work spans AI product development, SEO and answer-engine optimization (AEO), Google Ads, website engineering, analytics, lead attribution, content strategy, automation, and business development. I've built campaigns that generated thousands of conversions and grown client sites to roughly 10,000 monthly page views from a standing start.

What sets my perspective apart is that I'm not interested in technology for its own sake — I care about whether it produces a real business result. I'm also candid about the entrepreneurial side most guests gloss over: building products with limited resources, using AI as a genuine development partner rather than a buzzword, competing against larger and better-funded companies, working inside niche and regulated industries, and the honest tradeoffs of running a lean, remote business.
