We are Anthony & Staci Lo Cascio — professional tap dancers whose lives and careers were in jeopardy due to changes in our health. We eventually discovered food was our prescription and healed ourselves from the inside out. We wrote an easy to read & relatable handbook about the experience of changing our lifestyles — both individually and together — to help, enlighten, empower and support others on their journey do the same for themselves.
